亞洲動物基金，知名的保護動物慈善機構，現於中國設有高級管理職位。該職位將要負責監  督亞洲動物基金成都辦事處和成都黑熊救護中心及其所有運作。此外，該職位將協助創始人/首席執行官完成亞洲動物基金的三個核心項目-保護月熊、貓狗福利以及圈養動物福利項目。

The Animals Asia Foundation, a renowned animal protection charity, has a senior managerial position available in China. This position will oversee both the AAF Chengdu Office and Chengdu Bear Rescue Centre (CBRC) and all of its operations. In addition, this position will assist the Founder/CEO with the AAF’s three core programs—moon bear protection, cat and dog welfare, and captive animal welfare.

Founded in 1998 by Jill Robinson, Animals Asia promotes compassion and respect for all animals and works to bring about long-term change for the benefit of animals and people. It is headquartered in Hong Kong and focuses its work in China and Vietnam. Animals Asia seeks to work with all of its partners including government, citizens, and interest groups with respect and integrity.

該中國職位需參與黑熊救護中心的領導及管理工作以及致力於學童和公眾有關保護動物的教 育項目。該職位需負責與地方、省及國家層面的政府官員保持密切關係。該職位亦需要管理  多名人員並直接向亞洲動物基金的創始人/首席執行官滙報。對於獲選人，亞洲動物基金計劃   擴大其職責範圍，包括負責監督在中國的所有項目和運作。

The position in China involves leadership and management of the bear sanctuary and programmes dedicated to the education of school children and the public about protection of animals. This position is also responsible for maintaining high level relationships with government officials at the local, state and national level. This position manages multiple personnel and reports directly to the CEO of Animals Asia. For the successful candidate, Animals Asia plans to expand the responsibilities of this position to include oversight of all its programmes and operations in China.

Animals Asia is looking for a progressive, forward thinking individual who combines great management skills with a talent for strategic thinking and planning.

· 具有卓越的領導和管理技能，為負責營運成都黑熊救護中心及成都辦事處的各員工提  供指導。

Excellent leadership and management skills in providing direction to a diverse group of employees who are responsible for operating the Chengdu Bear Rescue Center and the Chengdu Office.

· 善於制定及推行預算方案，以及監督部門的行政運作包括人事、資訊科技、會計及建   設部門。

Skilled in preparing and implementing budgets and overseeing administrative operations including personnel, information technology, accounting, and construction.

· 具備優秀的人際技巧以達致可與多國下屬、同事、造訪貴賓、捐助者和政府官員合 作。

Excellent personal skills in working with multi-national subordinate employees, colleagues, visiting dignitaries, donors, and government officials.

· 善於與傳媒溝通。

Skilled at communicating with the media.

· 善於策略性規劃及目標、政策和項目的製定，以進一步保護中國的動物。

Skilled at strategic planning and development of goals, policies and programmes to further the protection of animals in China.

· 能操流利的英語及普通話，無論是口語或書寫。

Bi-lingual, fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.

· 學士學位或以上學歷，兼具碩士或更高學歷更佳。

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with Master degree or higher preferred.

· 需在過去的十年裡在中國生活和工作。

Has lived and worked in China within the last 10 years.

· 熟悉國內文化和政府政策。

Deep understanding of the culture and government policy.
