共益企业中国倡导团队是一支高产出、影响力驱动且具备创业家精神的团队。团队成员来自不同的行业背景和领域,致力于在中国培养与发展社群,引导与促进人们更好地运用商业的力量驱动社会与环境向好。

我们正在寻找一位全职的北京社群发展经理候选人,负责我们在北京的相关工作的发展与运营,并直接向共益企业中国倡导团队总监汇报。

 

B Corps China Taskforce is a high performing, impact-driven, and entrepreneurial team from a diverse background dedicated to grow a community of people using business as a force for good. 

We are now looking for a full-time candidate as Beijing Community Growth Manager to oversee our growth and operation in Beijing reporting directly to B Corps China Team Director.

 

工作职责:

建立与发展共益企业社群,并分享共益企业的使命:运用商业的力量驱动社会向好,以重新定义商业的成功。

Grow B Corp Community by sharing the B Corp’s mission, which is using business as a force for good and redefine success in business.

与共益企业社群的利益相关者建立良好的互信关系,包括被认证的共益企业,潜在的共益企业,共益新生代,投资人,非营利组织/机构,专家学者,学生,和任何想要成为创变者的人。

Develop a trust relationship with key stakeholders of B Corp Community including Certified B Corps, potential B Corps, B Generation, investors, NGOs/foundations, academics/scholars, students, and individuals who wants to be the change.

深入理解共益企业社群的需求和想法,以便寻找与匹配到合适的内、外部资源,助力多方达成共同的目标。

Acquire a thorough understanding of the B Corp Community’s needs and wants to mobilize the right resources in aiding to achieve mutual objectives.

成为共益企业社群与共益企业中国倡导团队成员之间高效沟通的联络官。

Serve as the liaison of communication between B Corp Community and members of B Corps China team.

整体负责新资源的开拓并扩大可以长期合作的关系网络。

Play an integral part in generating new resources and expanding network that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

定时以报告的形式与内外部利益相关者汇报最新工作进展与未来工作预期。

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

策划、执行战略性沟通策略与计划,包括BIA工作坊和B Generation活动的持续跟进,以及社群活动等。

Plan and execute strategic communications, including BIA Workshop and B Generation follow-ups, community events and more.

 

任职要求:

具备以使命为导向的思维模式

对于铸造一份运用商业的力量解决世界上最具挑战性的社会与环境问题的职业充满热情

Passionate about building a career in solving world's most challenging social and environmental issues using business

商业管理、销售、公关关系或相关领域的本科学历

BSc/BA in business administration, sales, public policy or relevant field 

至少一年以上专业工作经验(偏向于社群运营与发展、市场销售、商务拓展和大客户经理)

1+years of professional work experience (preferably in community development, sales and marketing, BD, and key account manager) 

很强的人际关系沟通与处理能力,并在与各界专业人士的关系建立方面有较高的天赋

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

出色的组织能力

Excellent organizational skills

注重细节

Detail-oriented

能够独立自主开展工作

Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision

拥有解决问题与协商的能力

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

双语(中文母语,和流利的英语)

Bilingual (Native in Chinese, Fluent in English)
