About the Position

BRIDGE is seeking an Associate who can combine a passion for and experience in advancing the social good, while advancing our clients’ interests and missions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in social media management and possess strong writing and communication skills. The position will focus on planning, writing and delivering social media content for our institution clients in the global health and R&D sector.

Responsibilities

1.  Develop social media strategy and content calendar for clients

2.  Be responsible for social media copywriting, social media advertising, channel management and campaign execution

3.  Create localized and creative social media content

4.  Integrate social media strategies with digital, PR and events

5.  Monitor social media profiles and conversations relevant to client’s industry

6.  Identify influencer and aggregator partnership for clients, initiate and supervise the partnership programs

7.  Set and achieve social media KPIs such as follower acquisition, reach and engagement

8.  Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and adopt new social media practices as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

1.  Minimum 1 year social media experience

2.  Bachelor degree, or above, in communications, journalism, global health or related field

3. Native Chinese speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

4.  Strong networking, communication and presentation skills

5.  Must be familiar with social media channels (WeChat, Weibo, Toutiao, Douyin, KOLs, etc.)

6.  Established media contact would be an advantage

7.  Proficient in MS Office

8.  Proactive, creative, enthusiastic team player

9.  High attention to details and accuracy

Compensation & Benefits

1.  Compensation includes a 13-month base salary and a year-end bonus subject to company profitability and personal performance.

2.  Benefits include full payment of all statutory social insurances and housing fund, commercial accident and medical insurances, 10 days of annual leave with pay and possible opportunity for international travel.

岗位职责

1. 为客户制定社交媒体战略和内容日历

2. 负责社交媒体文案撰写、内容投放、平台管理和活动执行

3. 开发本土化、富有创意的社交媒体内容

4. 调整社交媒体战略，将其与客户的其他公关传播活动有效整合

5. 随时关注客户所在行业，并能够将社交媒体战略与数字传播和公关活动结合起来

6. 为客户寻找最佳合作伙伴并跟进合作计划

7. 制定社交媒体目标任务，通过活动、社群分享、内容包装等手段完成KPI考核，建立有效运营手段提升用户数量、阅读量、参与度和活跃度

8. 及时了解最新的社交媒体趋势，根据最新动向对具体工作做出适当调整

任职要求

本科及以上学历，新闻传播、全球健康等相关专业

1年以上社交媒体运营管理经验

出色的中英文口头和书面表达能力

良好的社交、沟通和演讲能力

熟悉各大热门社交平台/软件（微信、微博、今日头条、抖音等）

具备媒体及大号资源者优先考虑

熟练使用Microsoft Office软件

积极主动，富有热情和创造力

对细节和准确度具有高度的敏感

薪酬及福利
