北京共仁公益基金会（英文名：Beijing Common Justice Foundation-BCJF Foundation,以下简称“共仁基金会”）于2018年4月12日经北京市民政局批准成立，是由当代乡村建设发起人温铁军教授、梁漱溟乡村建设中心（北京梁漱溟乡村文化发展中心）等多家乡村建设网络单位共同推动成立的非公募基金会。基金会以开展慈善活动为宗旨，不以营利为目的，整合社会资源，消除贫困。
The Beijing Common Justice Foundation, known as BCJF Foundation, is legally registered and regulated by Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau on 12th April, 2018. It is co-founded by Professor Tiejun Wen (worldly known China Tri-dimensional Rural Issues expert) and Liang Shu-ming Rural Reconstruction Centre (LRRC), together with following founding organizational and individual members from China Rural Reconstruction Network.The mission of BCJF Foundation is devoted to eliminating poverty and fostering social development in China by mobilizing and integrating social resources. It functions as a complementary to the national social security system. The BCJF Foundation specially targets cohorts with specific needs, for example children, women and seniors in rural areas. Different social groups in different regions should be equitably entitled to enjoy the common wealth of development. This goal can be achieved by cultivating a common spirit of benevolence in society.
