B Corps are for-profit companies certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

共益企业是由名为”共益实验室”（B Lab）的非营利组织提出，针对任何法律架构、类型、规模的营利性公司的一套认证评估体系，用于衡量公司在社会与环境绩效、透明度、以及责任感方面是否已达到高标准。共益企业具有商业与社会的双重目标，不仅为股东谋利，还服务于其他利益相关方。

Today, there is a growing community of more than 2,400 Certified B Corps from 50+ countries and over 130 industries working together toward 1 unifying goal: to redefine success in business.

目前，这个全球性的共益企业运动已在全球50多个国家的130多个行业的2400多家公司中展开，通过这一运动，我们正在全球范围内尝试重新定义商业成功。

【About B Corps China】

关于共益企业中国倡导团队

B Corps China Team is an independent task force created with support from Leping Foundation and acknowledged by B Lab Global, with aims to 1) to better serve an organic growth and movement of people using business as a force for good, 2) to establish B Lab China in near future to systematically support local B Corps and its community, and 3) To lead and create synergy by collaborating with B Lab global network for a larger impact in the world. 

目前，共益企业中国倡导团队 (B Corps China) 隶属于乐平基金会，是由南都公益基金会支持，并获得共益实验室 (B Lab) 全球认可的特别工作组(Task Force)。自2017年成立以来，我们一直在共益路上前行：致力于推动中国本土商业向善运动的发展,创建 B Lab China 中国共益实验室并引领全球商业共益运动。

The B Corps China TF Intern will be a high-impact team member based in Shanghai, with opportunities to contribute to B the Change Festival and many other exciting projects related with marketing and communication.

B Corps China正在寻找一位卓越的市场传播实习生，加入我们的上海团队，他/她将有机会支持B the Change嘉年华和其它激动人心的市场传播项目。

While developing a broad set of skills, including marketing, branding communication, event planning, creative design and community-building. 

实习的过程中，他/她将在市场拓展、品牌传播、活动策划、创意设计和社区营造等方面得到能力提升。

【Responsibilities】

工作职责

To assist B Corps China' Marketing & Communication Manager with planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing impactful projects.

协助B Corps China的市场传播经理策划、组织、协调和执行有社会影响力的项目。

To assist with the planning of B the Change Festival.

协助筹备B Corps China年度大型活动B the Change嘉年华。

To support marketing、branding、social media and event planning in order to promote B Corp movement.

支持日常的市场拓展、品牌构建、社会化媒体和活动策划工作，推动共益企业在中国的发展。

To work closely with other projects such as B Generation and BIA Workshop in marketing & communication.

为面向学生的B Generation项目、共益影响力测评工作坊等核心项目提供市场传播支持。

【Qualifications】

任职要求

Passionate about B Corp and learning how to use the power of business to solve social and environmental problems.

对共益企业和如何通过商业的力量解决社会和环境问题充满热情。

Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, detail-oriented and effective at time management.

可以高效管理时间，同时跟进多个任务，注重细节。

Excellent English reading and written skills.

优秀的英语读写能力

Self-disciplined and highly motivated team player.

擅长自律和自我驱动的团队合作者

Previous experience in marketing & communication preferred.

有市场传播经验优先

Design and photography skills a plus.

设计和摄影技能是加分项

【What we will provide】

This is a paid internship at RMB 120/day, 2-3 days/week, with preference for a 5-6 months commitment beginning ASAP.
