工作内容：

作为B Generation项目经理，我们希望你全权负责以下工作内容：

As a B Generation Project Manager we wish you to be fully in charge of followings issues:

1、负责B Generation项目的策略制定、预算规划、资源拓展和分配，活动的协调、执行以及把控。

To manage the complete cycle of B Generation program from strategic planning, budgeting, resource development and allocation, event coordination, execution, and monitoring.

2、与重点的利益相关者建立强有力的联系并取得他们的信任，包括参与项目的学生，公司和学校。

To build a strong connection and gain trust between key stakeholders – students, companies, and schools – for the program.

3、与内部和外部的利益相关者进行有效的沟通，实现其与共益企业中国倡导团队的目标共赢。

To effectively communicate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve a mutual objective of the B Corps China TF. 

4、能够认准新的机会并主动发起项目。

To identify new opportunities and initiate ad hoc projects.

5、以共益企业中国品牌大使的身份投入到工作当中。

To act as the leading brand ambassador of B Corps in China. 

任职要求：

成为我们非常优秀的团队成员之一，你至少需要具备以下资质：

To be part of our highly competent team here is the list of minimum qualifications.

1、本科学位（市场营销、工商管理、新闻、公共政策等相关专业优先）

Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, business administration, journalism, and/or public policy major preferred); 

2、两到三年的工作经验（青年发展项目优先）

2-3 years of work experience (Previous work experience in youth engagement & development project preferred);

3、多语言工作（中文母语，流利的英语）

Bilingual (Native in Chinese, Fluent in English);

4、极佳的沟通技巧，细节控

Excellent communication skill，and detail-oriented；

5、结果驱动星人，有企业家的思维

Result-driven，with entrepreneurial thinking；

6、对以下议题保有热情：社会创新、社会企业、使命驱动的事业、社会和环境影响力，社会企业家精神 、公益创投和影响力投资。

Passionate about the topic of social innovation, social business, mission-driven career, social and environmental impact, social entrepreneurship, venture philanthropy, and impact investing.

Learn how to measure social and environmental impact performance of a company by using B Impact Assessment (BIA) – a primary tool with more than 60,000 business users globally. 

3、运用你的技能与领先的使命驱动型企业合作，为其提供有效能的解决方案。

Apply your skillset to work directly with pioneering purpose-driven companies and deliver impactful solutions.

4、通过和多元背景的创变者的接触，拓展你的社交网络。

Develop your own network of inspiring Changemakers from diverse background.

5、成为利益相关方的联结者，建立一个强大的商业向善的社群。

Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to build a strong community of people using business as a force for good.
