岗位描述

 

-          Develop, implement and follow through the HR strategies, targets and activity plans in line with foundation vision and goals.

根据基金会的愿景和目标,制定、实施和跟踪人力资源战略、目标和活动计划。

-          Develop and implement HR programs that touches the entire employment life cycle in the organization - talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, organization development & design, career and succession planning as well as talent retention;

制定并实施人力资源计划,该计划涉及组织的整个雇佣生命周期——人才招聘、绩效管理、学习与发展、组织发展与设计、职业与继任规划以及人才保留。

-          To deal with various employee relation matters and be able to explain programme rules and regulations in a professional manner, Establish high employee retention plan for the attracting, maintaining and stimulating of employees, and to ensure the foundation is competitive in talent market;

处理各种员工关系事务,能够以专业的方式解释项目的规章制度,为吸引、维护和激励员工制定高的员工保留计划,确保基金会在人才市场上具有竞争力。

-        Drive performance management process to support the achieving of programme goal.

推动绩效管理过程,以支持实现项目目标。

-        Keep abreast of market trend and development in terms of compensation and benefit, analyse reward and compensation for employees to remain market competitiveness.

在薪酬福利方面跟上市场趋势和发展,分析员工的薪酬和报酬,保持市场竞争力

-        Lead and coordinate management team to assure the employees discipline in place.

领导和协调管理团队,确保员工纪律到位。

-        Promote foundation culture by launching various activities.

通过开展各种活动,提升基金会文化。

-        Take responsibility for /participate in projects and other tasks within the HR field as assigned.

-        Have a strong interest in charity and social organizations, and hope to work with them.

对公益慈善和社会组织的工作领域有浓厚的兴趣,希望能够与这些机构共同工作;

-        Strong initiative, integrity. Excellent judgment and creative problem solver

主动性强,诚实正直,优秀的判断力和创造性的问题解决能力;

-        Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

良好的人际交往和沟通能力;

-        Possess skills in regards to facilitation, conflict management, counselling/coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, training, problem solving具备促进、冲突管理、咨询/指导、人才获取、薪酬、培训、问题解决等方面的技能。

-        Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;.

多任务同时工作的能力;

-        Strong leadership competence and yet a good team-player.

较强的领导能力和团队合作能力;

-        Fluent written and verbal Mandarin and English to work in an English-speaking environment.

流利的书面和口头英语,能在英语环境中工作。

 

-        Excellent in Excel/Word/Outlook/PPT, especially in PPT.

精通Excel/Word/Outlook/PPT软件的使用,具备较强的PPT制作水平。

 

 

-        Bachelor degree or above degree in Human Resource, Public Administration, Business Administration, Psychology or related.

本科及以上学历,人力资源,行政管理,工商管理,心理学相关专业;

-        At least 3 years working experience in Human Resource Management, working experience with international hotel or multinational charity organizations is a plus.

3年以上人力资源管理工作经验;有国际酒店或者跨国基金会或公益机构人力资源管理经验者优先;

-        Have a certain understanding of public welfare industry.

对公益行业有一定的了解。
