职位描述 Job Description:

协助基金会运营团队做好以下工作：

Assist the foundation’s operation team as directed in the following duties:

办公室行政工作：包括打印/复印，采购，项目数据录入，以及文件归档Office administration: including printing/photocopying, purchasing, compiling, data entry, and documents filing.

协助基金会的贫困青少年自立项目的运营：包括培训准备工作，整理培训材料，培训学校的联络和跟进工作，青少年小组活动，项目的监督与评估，公众号运营等等。Support the operation of a disadvantaged youth development program: including training and teaching materials preparation，follow up with vocational training school partner, coordinating field trips and group activities, monitoring and evaluation, and the operation of the wechat account.

项目交代的其他职责Other duties as directed。

职位要求Job Requirements:

热爱公益事业，学习能力强 Strong passion in social sector, a self-starter with desire to learn;

熟练使用电脑和 Microsoft Office软件（Word，Excel，PowerPoint），良好的互联网知识Proficient use of computer and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with good internet knowledge;

良好的道德品格，积极主动，诚实守信，谨慎，保密意识强Good moral character, proactive, honest and trustworthy, careful and strong sense of confidentiality;

能够独立工作，具有团队精神和良好的沟通能力Ability to work independently, have team spirit, and good communication skills.

英语流利者佳 Excellent English is a plus.
